Project: Print brochures, website content, video production and scripts, email, and social media copy

What I did: I joined the team at BS&T Digital Ltd as the Digital Content Specialist to work solely for the world's leading guided touring company, Trafalgar, and its sister brand, Costsaver. Among a myriad of duties, I produced all written and visual content across a range of owned channels including website, blog, CRM, social, email, and digital PR. I singlehandedly produced the brand guidelines for both Trafalgar and Costsaver and worked beside the CMO, Head of Digital Marketing, and Content Director to ensure the overall visual identity of the brands’ digital properties was always of the highest standard.

I also led a number of major digital content projects and maintained a road map of scheduled updates to ensure relevance and impact. Testing placement and types of content across the site to determine best-performing solutions was a regular undertaking, while also spearheading frequent content reviews to establish opportunities for improvement. Working closely with the regional marketing teams, I supported their local programmes and initiatives through the creation of attractive and engaging landing pages, paid and organic social assets, video, and blog posts.
